Shatta Movement boss, Shatta Wale has done it once again as he has earned 3 nominations at this year’s 42nd International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
The Ghanaian Dancehall star was nominated in the Best Crossover Song with his song “Commando” which features Bounty Killer. He was also nominated in the Best African Dancehall Entertainer alongside
He was also nominated in the Best African Dancehall Entertainer alongside Nkule Dube (South Africa), Redsan (Kenya), Sheebah (Uganda), Winky D. (Zimbawe)
His third nomination is for his smash hit single “Killa Ji Mi” which is in the Best Music Video alongside Damian Marley, Davido, Louis York & Gramps Morgan and YG.
Shatta Wale has had an impressive year so far and we wait for what the future holds for the King of African Dancehall. Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has won 6 IRAWMA awards.
