Kofi Boat Is Not A Scammer, It Is Just Business Gone Wrong – Shatta Wale

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has defended his godfather Kofi Boat, asserting that he is not a scammer.

Shatta Wale defends his source of income and more in a video shared on X, following news of the arrests of several Ghanaian “businessmen” allegedly involved in romance and inheritance schemes.

This development has prompted social media users to believe in Shatta Wale’s potential involvement in the matter.

In a TikTok live, Shatta Wale said he feels bad that Kofi Boat finds himself in this situation, which is also giving him sleepless nights.

Shatta Wale, who was seen in tears, stated that God will judge everyone on this earth. The Ayoo hitmaker also expressed his displeasure regarding the news surrounding Kofi Boat.

Eventually, Shatta Wale emphasized that under no circumstance would Kofi Boat be a scammer; hence, his situation is a business gone wrong.

On the back of this, Shatta Wale stressed that it is for this reason he doesn’t do friends anymore. Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has tasked the Ghana Revenue Authority to probe his assets and maintained that his success stems solely from his music career.
