The Ghanaian singer, rapper, and fashion model Ismail Sherif Kweku Frimpong, famously called Black Sherif, currently Iron Boy, shares his honest opinion about his next album.
Black Sherif, in a conversation with Rolling Stone speaking on his next album, makes it clear to his fans that they shouldn’t expect his new album to be something they have been expecting or something they already knew.
He states, “I won’t say it’s sweet; maybe it’s a bit softer than what I have done before.”
He clarifies, “I don’t always listen to drill music in my day-to-day activities.” He goes on to say that the songs in his latest album were primarily inspired by songs he enjoys listening to on a daily and consistent basis. He boldly states that country blues and R&B served as his inspiration.
“I’m singing on this album, “ Blacko proudly says. “I’m really singing !”.
Even though he hasn’t released his songs yet, he tends to trend on social media due to BTS videos of him preparing for his next album titled Iron Boy (2025).
