Novak Djokovic believes Wimbledon presents his best chance to claim a record-breaking 25th Grand Slam title.
Currently tied with Margaret Court on 24 Grand Slam titles, Djokovic is determined to make history on the grass courts.
With seven Wimbledon titles under his belt, just one less than Roger Federer’s record, Djokovic is confident that his familiarity with the tournament and impressive grass-court record, gives him an edge.
“I would probably agree Wimbledon could be the best chance of a 25th Grand Slam,” he said in a pre-tournament press conference.

Djokovic’s recent performance has been inconsistent, with only one semifinal appearance in six majors since his US Open win in 2023. However, he remains optimistic about his chances, stating, “I feel extra inspired to deliver”.
The tennis star’s comments come with a hint of uncertainty about his future in the sport, with some speculating that this might be his last Wimbledon appearance.
“I’m uncertain whether this could be my final performance,” Djokovic said, emphasizing the importance of physical well-being and mental dedication to continue competing at the elite level.
