The Oti region has enshrined Ghanaian gospel musician Diana Hamilton as a queen mother.
In a video shared on Instagram by a musician on Wednesday, the 29th of January, she disclosed that she has been enstooled as “Nkosuohemaa” of Dodo Tamale in the Oti region.
She has been awarded a prestigious title, “Queen Mother of Development,” in recognition of her unwavering efforts to further the well-being and advancement of the community.
Diana Hamilton and her team set off from Accra to Dodo Tamale in the Oti region to commission a five-classroom unit block funded through the Diana Hamilton Foundation as part of her commitment to community development.
The video shows some pastors praying for the musician after her enstoolment.
It is anticipated that Diana Hamilton, as Nana Adwoa Amponsah I, will be instrumental in advancing Dodo Tamale’s social, cultural, and economic advancements.
