The Electoral Commission (EC) has officially announced that the re-exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register (PVR) will take place from Tuesday, October 15 to Saturday, October 19, 2024.
According to a press release dated October 14, 2024, the EC stated that this process is part of its efforts to ensure a credible and reliable voter register ahead of the December 7 general elections.
The statement referenced a Special Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting held on October 1, during which the EC committed to re-exhibiting the revised PVR online, allowing registered voters to verify their details and report any discrepancies for correction.
The EC also called on political parties to use the templates provided to report any irregularities found during the re-exhibition period.
