King Promise won the ultimate artiste of the year award, defeating his closest competitors, Stonebwoy and King Paluta.
Empress Gifty, Stonebwoy, Kofi Kinaata, Esther Godwyll, Kweku Smoke, KiDi, Team Eternity Ghana, and Tulenkey were among the other winners that evening.
Yaw Sarpong received a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his services to the gospel music business.
The Osibisa band, whose leader, Teddy Osei, passed away this year, was honored with a tribute performance by Titi Owusu, Adina, and Adomaa.
